Receptionist on morning of 24/11/15 is excellent and very helpful , by far the most efficient receptionist at the surgery.The worst thing is the inability to make an appointment with a specific doctor within a reasonable time frame especially on the Internet.

Great service and quickly put at ease with regard the symptoms I presented to the Doctor. Very friendly service .
Was worried about getting an appointment particularly as I work but triage worked fine and received a callback as stated with an appointment to attend later that morning.
You don,t need extra stress when you wish to see a doctor and the process worked fine.

The support and help is continuous and intense a present. I feel well but there is a critical issue that is causing clinicians concern and several have become involved in order to try and understand it and devise a suitable route to positive outcome.
